Raise Timeline public outreach will occur continuously throughout the duration of the raise project. Spring 2022/fall 2024 - nepa documentation. We are here. July 23 - Construction NTP. August 30 - construction start. August 30, 2026 - june 30th, 2029 - ongoing construction. June 30, 2029 - substantial construction completion. Work will occur in phases along the corridor.
